The hotel had a great location near Mercado Bom Sucesso with many restaurants and bars. Conveniently connected by direct bus lines to the old town and airport. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and nice view from the 4th floor. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast with traditional Portuguese pastry.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bus station and metro as well as shopping centers. the staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of valuable information about the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was incredibly small with a tiny sink and not much space to move around. There was also no kettle for making tea or coffee in the room.

Spending New Year's Eve in our accommodations was an excellent decision. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient access to public transportation that easily took us to various tourist areas. Our room had a breathtaking view and was spotlessly clean. Another great perk was the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep before we started our day exploring.

Despite the numerous positive points, there were a few things we weren't thrilled about. The bathroom was a bit small, and the sink was a bit difficult to use.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the historical centre, which is easily accessible by public transport. the comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast make for a satisfying stay. guests can easily walk to nearby subway stations.

The hotel lacks a printing service for business travelers.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The staff provided useful information on how to reach the city centre by public transport. The location was quite near to the centre, making it easy to visit the main attractions. I was satisfied with everything, especially the breakfast.
